The Pottery Studio
The studio has 8 electric potter’s wheels, 3 electric kilns, tile press and clay extruder. There is also a raku kiln and wood fired kiln out back. We use a stoneware clay in the classes as well as my own studio glazes and some commercial colors. There is storage for each students weekly output.
Class Materials & Open Studio
Students in the pottery classes are provided with 25/22 lb. of stoneware clay at the start of a session.
The studio is open to class participants to work on Saturdays, 10:00am until 3:45pm (unless there is a scheduled workshop) and Tuesdays from 4:00 until 8:30pm. Wheel space is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Open studio for the general public is available for $7 per hour. Clay, glazes and firing are not included.
Private lessons are available for $25 per hour plus materials. Call me for more information, 737-7074. Register Now
